Upon reboot and launcing Fusion 7.0, I was prompted to whether I wanted Fusion to make changes to my computer thinking, that Fusion was wanting to change that path directory. I have setup a global system variable - FUSION_OFX_PLUGIN_PATH to point to C:\Program Files\Common Files\OFX\Fusion_Plugins ( I have also created that folder called Fustion_Plugins) and rebooted my computer. Plugins will be search for within both a 'Plugins' and 'Fusion' subdir within the specified path. If not specified, the default is to load from the OFX\Plugins subdir within the system Common Files location (Windows: usually C:\Program Files\Common Files\OFX\, Linux: /usr/OFX/). This is the standard path that all OFX plugin hosts look for when loading OFX plugins. This can be helpful if you want certain OFX plugins to be used by Fusion only. This is a Fusion-specifc path for loading OFX plugins, and is checked before other locations. I can't find a prefs file or any other "startup" file.
